The warlock quest line "Knowledge of the Orb of Orahil" has a follow up quest line that ends with 2 quests to chose "Shard of a Felhound" (https://moonwell.su/en/db/quest/4962) and "Shard of an Infernal" (https://moonwell.su/en/db/quest/4963).
Selecting "Shard of a Felhound" should end with "The Completed Orb of Dar'Orahil"(Shadow spell damage)
Selecting "Shard of an Infernal" should end with "The Completed Orb of Noh'Orahil" (Fire spell damage)
But selecting "Shard of a Felhound" end up giving "The Completed Orb of Noh'Orahil" (Fire spell damage)
Can not replicate the issue since the quest is complete, but if selecting the felhound quest again i would be doing the felhound quest, cleansing the orb and returning to Menara Voidrender
