Scarab quest

Hello i and 7-9 people are doing the scarab quest now we are missing only Nef/Rag/Ony but in order to summon ragnaros we need to clear all boses in mc 7 to 9 times ..and all this people need to get the water for the runes soo i wonder if we managed to get this quest done are we rly gona get the scarab mount ??

Kill all the bosses and use  Aqual Quintessence on the burning runes beneath them.

Is the water having cd ? Cuz if it have with are low population now this quest is gona be waste

It's single-use, with no cooldown. obtain the item from Duke Hydraxis again
