Recovering loot from a boss in Hyjal Summit

Dear game support team,
I would like to kindly ask you for help in recovering loot from the 3rd boss in Kaz'rogal in the Hyjal Summit raid. I was raid leader of the raid we did on Sunday (30th Aug, 2026) and after killing the boss one of our unexperienced guild members started the waves for the 4th boss while the loot from Kaz'rogal was still in the corpse of the boss. I tried to loot it but it was too late and could not get the loot. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the loot since this happened very quickly. I am hoping you could look in the logs and recover the loot for our guild. It would mean a lot to us. Thank you!

Hello, can you tell us raid-id, or someone's nickname who was in that raid and looted anything? Or your guild name. We need more information to find the logs of that raid.

Hello, thanks for looking into this. The guild name is Braves. The raid ID is 247789. My character's name is Satana. The only thing that was looted from Kaz'rogal was the key.
