Swift Fly Form Druid Chain Bugged

Hi, i was doing quest in this chain "The Hawk's Essence" i got quest item from elite "Essence of the Hawk" i fly to the Blade Edge Mountains to complete quest but when i landed in Evergrove, quest just disapear from journal with whisle what is needed to start it over again. Plz help me with this.
