Desperate for action - Accidental sale of Ruined Adamantite Rod

During AV hour, and respec's for this SOMEHOW i managed to vendor my enchanting rod and do not have the opportunity to "buyback"  it is either this or something else happened. It cannot be located and was used 1 hour prior.

If at all possible, please assist. I was unaware this was even possible to do.
