bug Issue with my [Arena Team Charter (2v2)]

I was trying to create a 2v2 arena team, but had to log of in the process, now the item doesnt work and other players told me that it will not work again, I would like to recover my 80g so I can create it again. Currently I have a team, but I was invited cuz I could not create my own.

Im not sure how, I had to re log while creating the team, I remember that my partner was also trying to create a team and declined my invitation (idk why lol) I think his name was wetdog, but some ppl in the global chat told be it happened bc I logged of while creating the team, I now its not very accurate but that's all i remember, hope it helps!
