worst possible item instead of deleted one

why did you gave me this useless item? ok i understand you have to delete second item that i've chosen for some reason, but why give me the WORST possible alternative?!!?!?!? this item has no spirit, no crit, no spell hit, no game slots only some penetration that is uselless for smiter. I would have never picked this item. If you delete at least let me choose agian instead of giving me the worst of alternatives. I am not even picking this item, please give me "Soul-Mantle of the Incarnate" instead. why woudl you pick this item over let's say t4 as a replacement is beyond my understanding. this item you sent is one of the worst epic shoulders in game... do i have to go and check if you deleted other items from my other chars now? do i have to do it every week?
