Right click to transfer items to bank causes items to dissapear forever

Right click to transfer items to bank causes items to dissapear forever. I already lost a Bolt of Soulcloth, a Blood Garnet, a stack of 10 Underspore Pods (this last one just to taste once I realized that this is a persistent bug). This occurs in moonwell x5 and my character is Segapowers.

Try to check with disabled addons and delete Cache folder please.
