Enemies now appear as friendly after server shutdown

I was questing in Shadowmoon Valley doing "Divination: Gorefiend's Cloak" I arrived at the location just as the server shut down and enemies appeared as red characters ready to be attacked. As the server shutdown and I logged back in the now appear as green. Attached is an in-game screenshot. It shows the enemies, the quest and the drop percentage of the item that it's supposed to collect.
