Challenge: Battlegrounds.

I am having an issue with the quest Challenge: Battlegrounds. On April 23rd, I picked up this quest in Shattrath from the BG NPC. The next day (April 24th), I won a battleground and received a notification that the quest was completed—it also showed as completed in my quest log.

When I returned to the NPC in Shattrath, I could see the yellow question mark indicating that the quest was ready to turn in. However, I was unable to claim the reward—the NPC appears to be bugged and does not respond. None of the four BG-related NPCs in the area are working.

I also tried to abandon the quest and pick it up again, but that option is not working either. When I select “Abandon Quest” in the quest log, I get the confirmation message, but after clicking “Yes,” nothing happens—the button appears to be unresponsive.

I have tried relogging multiple times, including fully restarting the game, but nothing has helped.

Please assist me with this issue.

@XXX Hello, you are probably horde/alliance player who is trying to complete quests with different fraction, therefore NPC is not reacting to you.
