Why was my account banned?

I am at work and just saw that my account has been banned with no explanation of why? This doesn’t seem right, can I have an explanation?

It says 3.11 (1) which states “intentional raid loot  distribution fraud” ? I haven’t even played today or did anything of that regard

Okay, and that was a mistake that I apologized for to the group because I did not see anyone else that rolled need on it in the moment. I was not aware of this rule as I was only trying to roll on the item for Off Spec healer. Did not think that should be a bannable offense. Can I receive some leniency ?

Account block time: 23.04.2026 17:22 - 26.04.2026 17:22 - 3 days instead of 7
