1.Kicked without reason from Sunwell Plateu 2.Got ninja-ed in Sunwell Plateu

1. (Kicking without reason) Hello,today We we're in Sunwell Plateu (Syrogatgodx was leading till last boss then after several wipes He gave up and gave the "Raid Leader" to player Leatherhead,who has complexes from Me and hates Me alot,from the moment He joined the raid,before one of many attempts on Kil'jaeden) the "New Raid Leader "Leatherhead" before becoming Raid Leader was telling to the current Raid leader to kick Me (but there was no reason for doing it and that player is playing fair-play),when He "Leatherhead" become Raid Leader kicked me from the raid without any possible reason...
2: When we killed boss Brutallus droped the tokens for t6 belt Belt of the Forgotten Conqueror 2 players (Criket & Madouni) who allready had the belt (and they was rolling for their main spec Criket for Healer,You can confirgm that with seeing him rolling for cloth chest for healer who dropped from boss M'uru and Madouni (retribution paladin was rolling for retribution spec) they both even though allready had the belt equiped on them rolled "Need" for it on both tokens... which I don't have it and I clicked need but lost the item becouse of them rolling "need" (that mean rolling for main spec Criket/Heal , Madouni/Retribution even they had the belts equiped allredy,as I know from previous  expirience its not allowed on this server to roll for an item which You allredy have,and becouse they both said they rolled for offspec they should've click "Greed" not "Need" otherwise that considers as "Ninja-ing"
