Primal mooncloth craft problem

In short - I can't create a Primal Mooncloth. I get a message that a Moonwell is required when I'm literally standing right in the middle of it.
I think the problem is specific to my character (I asked others in the game and it works for them).

helo dont use moonwel in Nightheaven ,its buged(doesent work) use the one in Cenarion Refuge  works fine
