Is posible to roll the item You allready have equiped on You on this server?

In Hyjal on the first boss a guy ( I forgot His name took the chest "Robes of Ghostly hatred" https://db.moonwell.su/?item=34399
who allready has it equiped... I need that chest too,so I rolled "Need" while He rolled "need" too ( in Battle or Mount Hyjal)
If its against the rull to roll or an item You allready have ,I guess that item should be distrubuted To me ( The next roller )
