Elem shamy needed on trash swp, althought he already won an item  as his main spec, he supposed to roll greed on Design: Hard Khorium Band , instead of  need on bind items/recipes. Therefore, please consider unlearning him and redistributing the recipe to its rightful owner, along with punishing him according to server rules.
