Eminemm ,a fury rolled need instead of gread on Felstrength Legplates without any announcement by himself before boss fight ? i am asking this question , out of curiosity ,cuz i have been absent/offline in this server almost 1year.

As far as i remmber there used to be some kind of rules such as 3.11, which its main purpose of existance was to prevent the act of stealing the items, althought some one else needs that item on raid or just only whom needed for the item, and there use to be t consequences for act of ninja the item, and those these rolling diffrent item requires to be annouced before 1st boss fight by the player (one spec or x2 specific items which should be announce clearly on raid chat & be visible for all member of the raid or announce by raid leader).

So my main question is these kind of rules not exist no longer or it has been changed some home and i am not aware of them. i would be appreciated that if u kindly update my ex-knowldge about the server rules.

I try to say ,even if Eminemm , needs that item as his offspec he should has rolled greed instead of need . maybe just maybe other fury in raid would need that as offspec or not.

So if u mind, reply my simple question precisely so that i clearly can be updated by the latest interpretations of server rules and to avoid to make unwillingly mistakes in future.
